SCOPE OF ROLE:

Overall responsibility to ensure that the Lounge Operations is in order effectively, including all aspects of service, monitoring operations procedures, manage team members, monitor guest satisfactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• :To manage, ensure and monitor efficiency and smooth operations
• .To monitor and ensure systems implemented and regulatory requirements are conducted in a consistent manner
• .To manage budget and control cost
• .To analyse monthly profit and loss and costing
• .To brief, orientate and train new staff
• .To provide leadership to a team staff
• .To ensure high standard of reporting method and all important information are shared to all staff
• .To monitor staff appearance, attire, conduct and work attitude and emphasize the important of team spirit
• .To ensure timely preparation of management report and to monitor and supervise on all administrative matters
