Job Roles and Responsibilities

This role will act and lead Collaborative Manufacturing Operation, as Company's front face to help 3OP's delivering business target. He/ she will liaise with Company's MSO to understand their supply needs and NPDs and Reporting to CM Cell Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Provides excellence operational support to assigned orders to meet the target. Identifies process problems, carries out studies and recommends solutions, and implements improvements in coordination related to order with internal Operations and external 3 P.
• Ensure smooth 3P operations following Company's Safety, Quality standard and manufacturing best practices.
• Provide technical support as required by 3P.
• Lead POP and MPT Trial for innovation and new product trial.
• Conduct regular audits on Manufacturing, SHE & Quality.
• Implement the continuous improvement projects with 3P team.
