JOB PURPOSE :

Achieve shift targets for the base plant by completing the routine responsibilities and executing the additional

requirements received from the shift supervisor.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Conduct routine housekeeping of the assigned area.

· Operate plant/equipment as per SOP.

· Prepare equipment for maintenance.

· Identify issues with plant/equipment and take rectification actions.

· Enter data accurately and promptly into the short interval control (SIC) & global plant information (GPI).

· Responsible for collection and delivery of process samples for QC laboratory analysis (some analysis need

to be conducted in the plant mini lab)

· Participate in incident investigations and process hazard analysis.

· Prepare routine permits to work for their area.

· Follow set procedures in the event of an emergency situation.
