Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at the Zaytuna Group located in Mombasa. The Secretary will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including managing appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. The Secretary will also handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phone calls, and provide general support to the team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in computer skills and office software
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred
