Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage UPKK (Unit Pelayanan Kesehatan Kerja) activities to achieve Health Performance refer to KPI HSE
• Serve as a resource to management on issues related to employee health and wellness
• Lead the implementation of company occupational health program
• Coordinate the related governmental permit and license of LCI clinic operation
• Assesses, define criteria, treats, evaluates, refers (if necessary), and follows up on occupational injuries and illnesses incurred by sick or injured employees
• Developing health policies and procedures for employer to follow
• Manage the plan and implementation of company medical screening program including pre-employment, annual, and special medical examination
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to promote a culture of health and wellness
• Maintaining accurate records of patient diagnoses, test results, treatments, and follow-up care needs
