Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate and control work progress & quality all site plant inspection and report to Inspection Engineer
• Implement regular prevention inspection for plant static equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, Piping, Tower, Valve etc.)
• Independently to inspect and monitor all plant static equipment repair and maintenance/ construction work to be certain it is being done according to specification and code standard
• Developing and issue inspection recommendation based on defect of the equipment
• To conduct plant facilities inspection to ensure that only plant equipment are on good working condition can be operated
• Perform facility inspection with various NDT method strictly according to Inspection Procedure
• Coordinate or lead to conduct hydrostatic or pneumatic test on the plant equipment base on condition or requirement
• Communicate inspection results with Person in Charge, and recommend necessary corrective actions
