Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the way our organisation communicates and engages with our audiences, both internally and externally? We are recruiting for three permanent communication and engagement strategic advisers to work alongside our Defra Group Communication colleagues as well as right across the organisation to ensure we are keeping our people and our customers engaged and informed on the things which are most important to them.

You could be getting involved in leading and delivering comms and engagement activity, or supporting organisational improvement programmes, seeking and sharing insight in order to inform leadership decisions. You could be designing and building tools and training which will be rolled out across the organisation.
