The IT Support Analyst position is a permanent full-time job opportunity. Under the supervision of the Service Desk Manager, the successful candidate will join the FSET Managed Service Provider team.

RELOCATION REQUIRED

In this role the IT Support Analyst must be available to go onsite where necessary to work with our clients and their employees.

• Provide technical support to end users onsite and remotely, including Desktop, Laptop, VOIP phone systems, applications and network devices
