Experienced Executive Assistant required to support busy COO for business based close to Sydney CBD. You will be partnering with the COO to offer exceptional EA support during this time of change for the organisation. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

" 1:1 support to COO

" Extensive Diary management

" Travel arrangements

" Document preparation, distribution and preparation of email correspondence

" High stake holder engagement and liaison

" Proactively assist with project and operations changes happening throughout the business
