Key Responsibilities
• Ensure proper setting of sewing machines as per the need of the production floor whilst achieving expected quality standards in output.
• Ensure the availability of machines as per the style changeovers of the plant and look for possible alternatives in case of unavailability of machines and ensure the presenting of sewing machines as per the need of quick change over (QCO)
• Ensure machine breakdowns are attended to in a timely manner and repaired with minimum of lost hours to the production.
• Maintain facility related machines and utility services.
• Proper utilization of spare parts in line with the budget.
• Handle projects related to Automation & Engineering.
• Effective handling of mechanical department with proper guidance and leadership
