We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Nursery Room Leader at a nursery in Heybridge!

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our nursery rooms, including supervising and mentoring a team of talented Early Years Educators. If you are a bubbly and energetic individual who loves working with children and have a passion for teaching and managing a team, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating activities that cater to the individual needs of each child in your care.

Maintain a safe and clean environment, as well as keeping accurate records of each child's progress and development.

Work closely with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of professionalism.
