Role Overview:

The IT Support Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the technology infrastructure of the retail company, providing technical assistance to employees, and ensuring uninterrupted operations of various systems and software utilized in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to retail store staff and office employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) systems, barcode scanners, printers, and other retail-specific hardware.
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets such as computers, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Track software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
