Hire Resolve’s client in the mining industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Process Plant Superintendent in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:
• Allocating recourses to meet production demand
• Monitoring and adjusting production process to meet product quality specifications
• Ensuring quality feed is given to the plant
• Ensuring accurate interpretation of product test sample results to ensure the required product quality
• Ensuring cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinating maintenance activities
• Eskom CQMP compliance
• Ensuring external and internal resources are correctly allocated in terms of time and skills needed
• Managing departmental budget
• Ensuring safe work practice and compliance with company SHE requirements
• High-level management reports
• Lab management
• Washability report analysis
• Plant-related report database maintenance

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Degree in Metallurgy
• Advanced Coal experience
