Claims Service Leader MUST HAVE PROPERTY CLAIMS EXPERIENCE26,500 - 28,500 (depending on experience)Hybrid or Office Based (Depending on location)Chipping Norton OX7Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week between 8am 6pmThe Claims Leader will be responsible for the successful delivery of some key performance metrics within the department through the coaching and development of both claims and senior claims handlers. The Service leader will also support the service/operational Manager with escalated customer service matters and acting as frontline support to the team. We are looking for someone who can inspire and lead, make positive decisions and perform well under pressure.What will you be doing?
