Job Description
• Participate in S&OP meetings to understand customers' needs and long-term supply strategies
• Create 12-month forecasts by communicating with internal stakeholders and aligning on operational strategies
• Develop supply plan based on demand forecast and develop supply strategy alongside Supply Chain Department
• Collaborate with overseas factories to secure necessary inventory for imported raw materials and collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure on-time production of finished goods
