Description

Have the ability to perform the following tasks:
1. Collaborate closely with Strategic Planning and Development Team (CEO’s Office);
2. Assist in developing and contributing to NIBM’s Strategic Plan, including coordinating its implementation;
3. Conduct necessary research on issues crucial to the implementation of NIBM’s Strategic Plan;
4. Proactively engage with institutes and departments to ensure comprehension and application of strategic planning processes, providing guidance, data, planning information, and communication of expectations;
5. Assist in generating regular performance reports and Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs) for effective communication and preparation of KPI reports;
6. Undertake any additional tasks and assignments directed by the CEO or Manager as required; and
7. Provide support to the team in handling ad hoc tasks.
