EUROSPAR Ballyvoloon, Cobh require a full time Butcher to join their friendly team. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the fresh meat department operates efficiently, effectively and hygienically at all times. Commensurate with the highest standard of service and product.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years butchery experience, with a butcher shop background. The candidate will also have a working knowledge of ethnic meats and meat cuts to provide for the various requirements of our customer base.

Monday - Saturday - 40 Hours Per Week.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• To be aware of, and adhere to all relevant regulations concerning H.A.C.C.P and Health and safety. Any breaches of these regulations are to be reported to the General Manager/Retailer
• To monitor and control all department overheads
