The Commercial Project Manager works closely with Project Managers from all polish locations, Branch Office Manager and Head of Commercial Department and supports our fast-growing and exciting projects.

• Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimization of the project:
• Project commercial management,
• Supervision and coordination of project documentation control (DMCS),
• Change / Claim management,
• Variation management,
• Project reporting,
• Supervision and coordination of project planning / scheduling,
• Coordination of procurement activities,
• Preparation of project budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements,
