Blacklock Financial are partnered with a leading German Private Equity firm, who are looking to add an Associate to their team in Munich as they look to raise their third fund.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities by conducting thorough industry research, financial analysis, and company due diligence.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess investment returns, cash flow projections, and valuation metrics.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop investment theses and strategic plans for portfolio companies.
• Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and participate in strategic decision-making processes.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and Masters degree
• Previous experience in the Technology or Healthcare sector.
