Strive have partnered with a leading early-stage clean energy solutions vendor who are rapidly scaling within Germany and are looking for a founding Account Executive to grow alongside their offering.

The Company:

· Clean energy solutions platform

· Partnered with over 200 organisations in DACH region

· Recently exceeded €1M ARR - Targeting €10M ARR in near future

· Untapped market with virtually zero direct competition

The Role:

· Account Executive

· Augsburg / Munich

· €100K OTE (70/30) + Huge equity play

· Strong quota attainment within sales team

· All leads are warm, no cold calling

Leadership:

· Extremely driven and ambitious Co-Founders

· Former FIT Graduates

· Sales leaders with strong enterprise consultancy background
