Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Divisional Trainer for Automotive & Cargo at Wurth South Africa Co. (Pty.) Ltd. The Divisional Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training curriculum and content to develop the division specific knowledge and sales skills of the sales team. This includes the annual induction plan and execution, field training days, roadshows, webinars, online assessments and occassionally trade shows.
