Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize quarterly goals and the day-to-day activities of the team
• Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to refine requirements, divide work into clear milestones, identify blockers
• Research, implement and develop new technologies in our infrastructure
• Ensure our security posture is top-notch according to industry standards
• Analyze monitoring data to find inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• Continuously improve the speed, efficiency and scalability of our infrastructure
• Solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
• Communicate and align within and across teams
• Lead and mentor a team of up to 7 engineers

Need to Have:
• Have proven leadership experience
• See/know DevOps as a culture
• Expert with Scrum and Kanban
• CI/CD (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
