The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
• The planning, organising, leading, and control of all aspects and duties assigned to you in order to achieve production standards.
• Managing all labour-related issues to ensure that all staff members are contributing to the objectives of the company.
• The maintenance of day-old chick quality, hygiene, and biosecurity standards.
• Ensure compliance with Animal welfare and Health and Safety requirements.
• Assisting maintenance to reach their goals and objectives.
• Assisting management to implement and maintain the 20 Keys program in the Hatchery.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of a grade 12 education.
• Minimum of 5 years hatchery experience.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
• A team player with the ability to manage staff efficiently.
• Must be proactive and be able to work accurately and independently.
