Role: Progress Coach Type: Temp - full time Location: Lancashire Rate: £95-£125 per dayEden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Progress Coach for a Further Education College in Lancashire. This is a full time temporary role to start asap until the end of the academic year. The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals. The successful candidate will have: * Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting * Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working * Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups * Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities Candidates MUST have a current DBS If this could be of interest to you please contact me on or
