About Role:We're looking to hire for friendly and helpful people to work with us as Customer Service Representatives in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping our customers with their questions and sorting out any problems they have.Responsibilities:Here are the main things they will do:Talk to customers and help them, whether it's on the phone, through email, or in person. Listen to what customers are worried about and find ways to fix it, or ask someone else to help if needed. Make sure orders, returns, and swaps are done right and on time.
