Introduction
• Responsible for Japan operations to ensure timely execution and local compliance (payroll, tax, social security etc.)
• Responsible for the payroll process of local employees and impatriate/expatriate employees, including collection of BIK items and home part compensation
• Support MyNumber and statutory document (dependent exemption etc.) collection from employees
• Support health insurance dependent registration with Japan local bureaus
• Provide DC pension reconciliation and support execution via DC Pension system
• Support execution of Japan annual statutory adjustments/filings/payment (social insurances, labor insurance, resident tax, year end tax adjustment, final tax return etc.), including preparing LTI share related reports
• Provide payment/bank reconciliation for monthly payroll, Kempo subsidy, and all statutory filings (social insurances, labor insurance, resident tax etc.)
