Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Monthly salary statements of all Staffs, Contract workers and Security staffs.
• Preparing Production Incentives based on productivity for workers.
• Take disciplinary actions against misconduct of employees.
• Maintain all documents, records, register etc., related to ESI, EPF and other statutory bodies etc.
• Recruitment of staff, workers and their stay.
• Renewal of Licenses.
• Other statutory works as and when required.
• Performance appraisal process of employees.
• Prepare training schedules and conduct training programmed and get feed-backs.
