Working for Tekmar Energy, the Proposals Engineer will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s order intake targets for its engineered product portfolio across global offshore energy markets. The Proposals Engineer will be responsible for managing opportunities through the formal proposals process. This includes creating and shaping proposals in response to customer ITTs/RFQs, co-ordinating proposal inputs from other departments, and generating detailed cost estimates, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality competitive proposals.
