THE VACANCY

Bloxham School is seeking to appoint a Housekeeper to provide a home from home experience for all the pupils who are resident in our lower school boarding house. They will contribute to the caring, family atmosphere that the House offers. They will be responsible for ensuring the House is clean and tidy throughout and all common rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms are prepared to the high level expected in order for the children to enjoy their boarding experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Housekeeping Duties
• Liaising closely, through regular meetings, communication, and open dialogue with House Parent HSM & Assistant House Parent AHSM for all house domestic and logistical needs of the pupils within the house.
• Overseeing daily bed allocations as provided by the houseparent.
• Ensuring beds are made up and ready as per daily boarding rota.
• Bagging day boarders bedding and storing in preparation for their next boarding night.
