Hawksworth are currently recruiting a Head of QA to join an innovative fast growth AI start up based in Munich, Germany.

The business use cutting-edge technology to develop an exceptional AI mobile application that provides immediate business insights, they have 200+ employees in 6 locations across Europe. In the role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the automation testing strategy and frameworks whilst also managing and growing a team of 20+ QA Engineers and team leads. You will add maturity to a fast growing QA practice by developing strategies, processes and frameworks that enables the team to meet the ever increasing demands of the business.

Flexible Working: The business operate a hybrid work policy that is 60% WFH and 40% in office which equates to 2 days per week in the office.

Languages - Full working proficiency in English. Any additional European language beneficial.
