As Risk and Controls Manager at IMS, you are responsible for conducting the enterprise-wide processes for risk management. The R&C manager collaborates with domain experts and senior department managers to assess risks and effectiveness of controls, and to develop and program-manage the roadmap for improving controls infrastructure. Two initial focus areas of this work are the reinforcement of our process management foundation and the introduction of industry standards frameworks for risk management.

Your Responsibilities
• Establish and lead the annual risk management cycle, consisting of:
• Identification and systematic assessment of risks, using industry standard methodology, e.g., COSO ERM or ISO 31000
• Assessment of controls maturity and development of a prioritized roadmap for improving controls infrastructure maturity
• Monitoring and documenting controls excursions, and conducting audits
• Oversee ethics & compliance training and controls improvement campaigns
