Experience and Knowledge

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, applications and environments is (desirable)

• Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising multiple requests across different

environments to support different Business / Releases / Projects requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in a customer centric team

• Experience of working in a role where attention to detail is critical

• Demonstrable experience in a busy customer-focused IT team with the ability to build

relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to assess the bigger picture and challenge assumptions made by others

• In depth knowledge and experience of IT system support (essential)

• ITIL awareness

• Experience in a Financial services, insurance, investments and/or pensions environment
