Contract HR Advisor role - (Hybrid/home working 3 days per week) - £32-35K - great benefits - working in centralised HR support function office in Knottingley rest of week)

Working in a hybrid role (home working up to 3 days a week job permitting) HR Advisor role as part of centralised HR support function team covering 4 key UK operational sites and supporting site HRBPs with all things day-to-day HR related.

This is a fixed term contract until end of 2024 providing HR support and HR admin support working closely with site HRPBs supporting with advice re the full employee lifecycle and being the first point of contact for all HR enquires on day to day HR activities (recruitment, ER, case management, and payroll enquires) and deliver accurate transactions to update payroll/HR systems, within the HR team based at site this role will be involved and in some instances when relevant lead the development of processes and initiatives supporting continuous improvement of the services.
