We're looking for an experienced Disrepair / Maintenance Surveyor to join our Reactive Repairs Team. You will be responsible for cases from condition reports through to completion of works, delivering a quality, resident-focused, comprehensive, and co-ordinated service, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and legal / regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be based from our Farringdon office, with the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
