We are looking for a Project Coordinator & Office Admin to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Help prepare budgets
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
