Taking responsibility for the successful running of a store.

Working on the shop floor and constant contact with their customers and staff, Dealing with customer issues and complaints.

Ensuring staff give great customer service, motivating staff and maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints • Managing budgets • Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
