We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to join our team and lead our new product development efforts. As a single contributor, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive our company's growth.
• Lead the research and development of new products
• Partner with overseas teams to stay ahead of industry trends
• Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions on product development

Preferred Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in R&D and NPD, ideally with a chef background
• Ability to analyze costing and conduct trials of new products
• Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to provide valuable advice on product development
