About the role

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Guest Service Attendants to join our Alice Springs Guest Services Team. In this role your primary responsibility will be providing high quality service and experiences on our Ghan guests embarking on off-train tours within Alice Springs.

Responsibilities
• Providing guest service as a tour host and Ghan representative for our off-train tour experiences
• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure in Alice Springs, both on tour and at the terminal
• Provide on-board commentary, if required, throughout the tour
• Food and beverage service at terminal and on tour
• Operating the souvenir and merchandise area
• Housekeeping duties around the terminal
