An established technological company in the food industry is seeking a Quality Manager.

This position reports to the VP of Development and Technology, and manages the quality department, including a small team of QC and QA employees.

Management of the quality department at the production site in Naf HaGalil.

Determining and implementing quality procedures in accordance with laws and regulations.

Leading continuous improvement processes in products and work processes.

Accompanying quality control processes, from the stage of receiving the raw material to the arrival of the finished product to the final customer.

Updating procedures, training employees and monitoring performance to check effectiveness.

Determination of quality indicators and standardization and their application in the company.

Food safety team leader.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience in food quality managment
