An opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer has become available in our Knowledge Management Department based in Johannesburg or Cape Town. This role is non-practicing and is an excellent opportunity for a passionate transactional lawyer who seeks to add value to the firm and practitioners. The ideal candidate must have substantial practical experience in company law, commercial transactions, contract drafting, drafting of opinions and conducting legal research.

The candidate must be a self-starter, an analytical thinker and be able to take initiative. The role will require the candidate to draft and review template agreements, research points of law, stay abreast of legal developments, recognise when changes in law will impact on templates and draft appropriate amendments to templates.
