We currently have a vacancies for experienced Receptionists to join our team at Hotel Kilkenny. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individuals. We have a full time and part time role available. The successful candidate must be flexible with hours as they will include morning & evening shifts and also weekend work.

Key Duties:
• To carry out and complete all tasks assigned to you, as trained from the S.O.P manual.
• To comply and adhere to all Hotel Policies and Procedures (including COVID-19 policies)
• To understand yield management and achieve the best room rate possible.
• To complete departmental checklist daily.
• To answer the telephones in a professional manner using all the core values.
• To allocate room changes in a professional manner noting complaints & special requests from Guest history.
• To update and monitor house counts and alert Managers of increases./decrease in business.
