Your mission
• Define the overall design strategy and vision for deeploi, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the product team, engineers and our customers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, incorporating user feedback and iterative design principles.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into compelling visual designs and branding elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies, and infuse fresh ideas into the design process.

Your profile
• You have a track record and deep experience in product design (UX/UI)
• You are fluent in Figma and other prototyping tools
• You hold yourself and others to a high bar
