Job Title : Team Leader -CNC Operations

Reports To : Production Manager or assigned In-charge.

Job purpose:

Oversee and coordinate production of parts in all current CNC machines-benders, laser, plasma.

Personally operate CNC laser and CNC plate/pipe bender and providing cover (if required) In case any CNC operator is off duty.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

General:
• Interpret job cards details. Visualize and take appropriate measurements of surfaces.
• Requisition materials from stores and other consumables ensuing proper utilization.
• Check all products are of good quality as per the specifications.
• Timely raise any issue that requires Management attention regarding CNC operations(machines/personnel).

Hardware:
• Operate the computer and other components as per the required steps.
• Ensure all material feeds are clean/good quality before production.

Software:
• Operates software’s drawing, designing and operating processes.
