The IT Support Officer will report to the IT Manager. The candidate will be responsible for:
• Installing, supporting, and maintaining computer systems
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Network Troubleshooting skills
• Software installation, maintenance and upgrading
• Hardware installation, maintenance and upgrading
• Have a strong grasp of computer security
• Resolve configuration conflicts and possess strong troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
• Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with all staff
