• To lead a highly diversified, positive and energetic team and collaborate with other global design teams.

• Plan, organize, staff, coordinate and review programs periodically.

• Provide leadership and take ownership of the tasks assigned to the team and engage the team to work together across team/sites.

• Coordinate and participate in scrum teams, and drive development.

• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred. 5+ years Mobile Application Experience with Android and/or iOS development
