As our Person In Charge you will oversee the management of the nursing home, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of a standard of residential care aligned with national and international best practices. This role involves coordinating the staff to meet the standards set by Sonas and Statutory Regulations, with ample support from our support office team, including HR, Finance, and Quality Teams.

Duties and responsibilities include providing leadership and clinical supervision to enhance standards, establishing a supportive and valued residential setting, proactively managing complaints at the local level, building respectful relationships with residents, and promoting a person-centered care ethos.

Education and qualifications:

Essential:
• Third Level Degree in Nursing.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais with an active PIN.
• Proven clinical competence and a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
