As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind connecting talented educators with rewarding opportunities. Based primarily in the RCT department at our Bridgend Head Office, you'll conduct candidate interviews from our satellite office in Treforest while nurturing relationships with schools in RCT.
