Overview of role

This is an exciting brand-new role within the expanding St Clare Hospice Fundraising Team, with the overall responsibility for shaping and delivering our Major Donor strategy and programme.

With proven excellent relationship management skills, you'll manage a pipeline of existing and new supporters. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing tailored stewardship plans that will lead to high quality and impactful relationships, and increased income. You'll work collaboratively across the organisation to build internal relationships to support your work.
• Location: Hybrid (St Clare Hospice office and home based), with 25-40% working from home (depending on hours or working pattern agreed.)
• Salary: £38,211.60 – £39,166.05 per annum (depending on experience) includes High-Cost Area Allowance. Pro rata for part time.
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week or part time 30 hours per week.
