About the role

The production manager is a key role in manufacturing and production for Vision RT. You will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire production process, ensuring that products are manufactured correctly, on time, and in line with company targets. You will be highly motivated with strong team management and planning skills, be responsible for organizing, and supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing costs, and driving continuous improvement efforts. In addition to the job specification below, there is a unique opportunity to join our wider project team to deliver on our ‘Made in China’ Project. Experience of manufacturing and assembly in China would be advantageous to the role and contribute to the success of the project and the growth of our overall business in China.
