To assist on updating job pending
To assist and check site vehicle breakdown that is not reported
To assist on parts and arrange foreman
Receives and inspects all incoming materials (physically) and reconciled against purchase orders.
Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports and track any damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Arrange and supply materials to productions (batching plant & workshop) and keep record of the movement.
Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in neat and orderly manner.
Replenish and request for purchasing on any incoming stock supplies
Update and ensure that production supplies are enough and at the optimum stock level.
Ensure that supplies are disseminate in designated area
To complete container/trailer checklist upon arrival of material
